Pam Lokken is Vice Chancellor for Government and Community Relations at Washington University in St. Louis. She oversees the University’s federal, state, local governmental and community affairs initiatives.
Ms. Lokken has extensive experience working with legislative bodies, executive branch departments, regulatory agencies, associations and public policy coalitions. Among her substantive areas of specialization are scientific research, health policy, technology transfer, and higher education and tax policy.
Ms. Lokken received her Master of Public Policy and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.
